Since 2018, Nancy has specialized her real estate focus on mainly the western side of Grand County: Kremmling, Parshall, Hot Sulphur Springs, Granby, and Grand Lake.
Nancy sells residential real estate, commercial real estate, vacant land, and ranches.
Nancy focuses and specializes on this side of the county because she knows it like the back of her hand, which is very important for buyers new to the area or sellers needing to show their property to a specific buyer. Things like water rights, land use, wells, and septics are all part of a normal transaction up here. When you’re looking to buy or sell hunting property, fishing property, horse property or ranch land, you need someone that truly knows and loves this area.
Nancy has lived in Parshall since 2002 and purchased her first home there in 2004. Now, she and her husband love to introduce the beauty of the mountains to their little girl, from evenings at the Williams Fork Reservoir, jeep rides up the Little Muddy, to buggy rides over the Parshall Divide. Her husband, Derek was born and raised here, is an avid hunter, and brings a wealth of local knowledge to the table.
Nancy and her husband both own their own businesses and are very involved in the local community. Nancy built Granby Grooming and sold it in 2016. They currently own the Kremmling Car Wash, as well as her husband’s excavator business. Together, they have a very powerful network here in Grand County.

Raised in Minnesota as the third generation of metal industry entrepreneuers, Jessie grew up as no stranger to what hard work and perseverance mean. Her first job was working for her father and grandfather in their metal stampings and fabrication shop. Observing how these influential members of her family operated their small business and day-to-day life instilled grit, determination, high professional standards, and drive into her. She quickly learned these characteristics would generate a path to success, and are a chosen and practiced way of life. In 2008, she moved to Grand County to experience the tight-knit mountain community. Immediately enamored, it was decided this would be her home. She worked as a wrangler for several years at Devil's Thumb Ranch; a 6,000 acre luxury guest ranch in Tabernash. The long hours at the ranch caring for a herd of approximately fifty horses, guiding trail rides, driving teams of horses to feed and lead sleigh rides, fence work, and miscellaneous other chores helped build her multitasking, passion, and character into what they are today. Jessie is an ambitious, outgoing, detail-oriented agent and client advocate skilled in establishing buyer and seller partnerships to foster smooth real estate transactions.

As true native of Grand County, Ehren’s experiences and lifestyle have always been oriented around the mountain lifestyle. Witnessing the development of our community from his elementary school years in Fraser to the present has given him a first-hand vision of things to come in the Fraser River Valley. Ehren is highly invested in our mountain community and plans on helping it to grow and improve for many years to come. Ehren has run a family outfitting business, operated as a co-owner of a fencing company since 2004, volunteered on the local fire department, and put time into his personal passions of carpentry and construction. I have become educated not only on the land and improvements on that land, but also on future prospects and the endless potential for many unique opportunities here in Grand County. Ehren’s quest to become more each day- more genuine, more educated, more personable- has led him to United Country- Gingery & Associates, where he hopes to work to make our community an even better place to live and play.
Brett is a fourth-generation resident of Grand County, Colorado. His knowledge of Middle Park and the surrounding areas of Winter Park, Granby, Fraser and Grand Lake is unrivaled. Brett was raised in the Real Estate industry. Both of Brett's parents were realtors and taught him the importance of honest, quality business dealings. Throughout his career, in many different areas of interest and industry, he never required marketing or advertising, relying solely on word of mouth to propagate his businesses. His father, Allen, always told him that “If you do good work you will never have to go looking for it.” This is how Brett has modeled his business dealings ever since.
Before venturing into Real Estate, Brett built log homes, worked for the UW meat sciences lab, found success in the forestry business, excavated roads/foundations/septic systems, performed river enhancements on the Fraser and Colorado rivers, as well as several pond rehab jobs. He has also worked in intrastate trucking, outfitting, research and design of mountain snowmobiles for Ski-Doo, and organizing estate auctions for Cookie Lockhartt in Steamboat.
In his free time, Brett enjoys volunteering for the Shining Stars Foundation. He also spends time greenhouse gardening, raising food animals, winemaking, yak rearing, mycology, and beekeeping. It is Brett's varied interests, obscure occupations, and deep understanding of life in the high Rockies that make him the perfect agent to help you find your ideal lifestyle property or working for you as a seller's agent to maximize the selling points you may not even realize that your property has!
