Brett Gingery Managing Broker

Brett is a fourth-generation resident of Grand County, Colorado. His knowledge of Middle Park and the surrounding areas of Winter Park, Granby, Fraser and Grand Lake is unrivaled. Brett was raised in the Real Estate industry. Both of Brett's parents were realtors and taught him the importance of honest, quality business dealings. Throughout his career, in many different areas of interest and industry, he never required marketing or advertising, relying solely on word of mouth to propagate his businesses. His father, Allen, always told him that “If you do good work you will never have to go looking for it.” This is how Brett has modeled his business dealings ever since. 

Before venturing into Real Estate, Brett built log homes, worked for the UW meat sciences lab, found success in the forestry business, excavated roads/foundations/septic systems, performed river enhancements on the Fraser and Colorado rivers, as well as several pond rehab jobs. He has also worked in intrastate trucking, outfitting, research and design of mountain snowmobiles for Ski-Doo, and organizing estate auctions for Cookie Lockhartt in Steamboat.

In his free time, Brett enjoys volunteering for the Shining Stars Foundation.  He also spends time greenhouse gardening, raising food animals, winemaking, yak rearing, mycology, and beekeeping. Erika Mercier Broker Associate

Erika was born in London, England and raised in Evergreen, Colorado, where her family spent their free time skiing all over the state, and camping on the shores of Lake Granby every summer. She earned her BA in Linguistics from the University of Colorado at Boulder and then her real estate license in 2004, helping buyers and sellers in the Golden and greater Denver area. Erika also held a position in national sales when she sharpened her marketing and negotiation skills. She and her husband moved to Grand County in 2010 and they are currently raising their daughter to enjoy the mountain lifestyle they are so passionate about. Erika and her husband operated the historic Vagabond Ranch as a backcountry guest lodge and they currently own a snowmobile guiding business spanning both Grand and Jackson County, in addition to two other businesses. Erika has worked for the Grand County School District in the special education department and has grown to know and love the school community and community at large. She and her husband have been remodeling and selling homes since the early 2000s. It has been a natural progression to find her way back to selling real estate in Grand County, assisting buyers and sellers plan their next adventure.

Erika enjoys many Grand County activities including snowboarding, cross-country skiing, snowmobiling, hiking, paddle boarding, biking, camping, and boating. She enjoys time with her husband and daughter, their two crazy dogs, and gatherings with family and friends.
