Raised in Minnesota as the third generation of metal industry entrepreneuers, Jessie grew up as no stranger to what hard work and perseverance mean. Her first real job was working for her father and grandfather in their metal stampings and fabrication shop. In 2008, she moved to Grand County to experience what a ski town/mountain community was all about. Immediately enamored, it was decided this would be her home. She worked as a wrangler for several years at Devil's Thumb Ranch; a 6,000 acre luxury guest ranch in Tabernash. The long hours at the ranch caring for a herd of approximately fifty horses, guiding trail rides, driving teams of horses to feed and lead sleigh rides, fence work, and miscellaneous other chores helped build her passion, character and grit into what it is today.
